Vanilla Class at St. Croix Farm - Saturday, March 22nd from 2 to 4 p.m. We all know that vanilla smells and tastes great but there is so much more to learn about this amazing spice. Dawn Knauss of Home Sweet Sugar will share a bit of her vast knowledge and help you make your own vanilla infused sugar and vanilla extract. Bring 12 oz. of your choice of vodka, white rum or bourbon, a small cutting board and your favorite paring knife. Price is $75 per person. Space is limited and registration is required by March 19th.
