Place your online order, and after we finalize the weights your card will be charged.
Payment
We are able to take credit card payments online, and checks and cash in person. Credit card payments can also be made in person on the farm or at the Schaghticoke Farmer's Market—3% will be added to the order total.
Sold Out 
Since our inventory is constantly changing due to our butchering schedule and CSA pickups, there will sometimes be products that are sold out. Don't worry! As soon as we have more of that item the inventory will be updated and it will be available to order again. 
Inventory
We keep our online inventory as up-to-date as possible but if there is a conflict we will let you know immediately.
